Request to Delete Your Account and Data
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the Interweave Solutions app, please follow the instructions below.
🔹 Step 1: Send a Request
To initiate the deletion process, please send an email to:
Email: support@interweavesolutions.org
Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
🔹 Step 2: Include the Following Information in Your Email:
- Full name
- Email address used to register in the app
- Optional: Reason for the deletion request (optional but appreciated)
🔹 What Happens Next
Once we receive your request:
- Your account and all personal data associated with it will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- This process is typically completed within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been processed.
🔒 Data Retention and Exceptions
We do not retain any user data once the deletion request has been completed, except where required by law or for security purposes. This may include fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes.
