Bolivia. Marco Valenzuela: It has been very rewarding to take this course, I loved the simple methodology of learning to create a business plan that helps even people who are only high school graduates.
The MBS has made me see that with little investment I could start my business, although I should dedicate myself full time to the company. For this reason, I have an action partner so that I can do entrepreneurship while I continue with my consulting and university teaching activities. . The greatest success that I can see from this experience is the recovery of the methodology that can be used by all course participants and replicated in their close circles. A deep thank you to INTERWEAVE for this opportunity they have given us where we have had the opportunity to train and improve our knowledge.
DR Congo. Barnard Kapenga Ngoyi: Ever since I was a child, my goal has been to one day become a businessman (entrepreneur), and I’ve asked myself so many questions: how do I get there? What could I do to be more effective in my field? Where should I start? When I started university, I was looking for courses that would help me to achieve my goal, and I decided to study management IT and business English at the University of Kinshasa (UniKin).
One day I had the opportunity to meet a Success Ambassador named John Waka. He suggested we take a training course from Interweave Solution, the MBS. I liked it so much because it worked in tandem with what I was doing at university. MBS taught me a lot. Today, with my micro-business, I’m able to manage and save my income. From time to time, I try to apply all the principles of street business.
South Africa. My name is Moses Matlou from South Africa. I started a construction company a few years ago. I have been struggling to make money due to lack of knowledge regarding bookkeeping. Every cent that comes in I was using it for unnecessary things.
Fews days after joining MBS course business finances started to change because now I know that for a business to grow I must save money. MBS changed my business strategy and taught me to do bookkeeping.
Brazil. Daniel Barragán: The MBS was an intensive course, with content simple to follow and with clear action steps to be able to get any dream or project off the ground. I was able to format an info product that I will soon market and it has awakened me to continue working in other areas.
The methodology of the 6 P’s to develop the business and the combination with the improvement in Quality of Life (personal and family) and Community Participation to bring changes in the community is really fascinating.
South Africa. My name is Dikgale Lesedi Hope from South Africa, Botlokwa Village but currently staying at Pretoria. First of all I would like to thank MBS for the opportunity given to us to learn about business. This business course has helped me to know more about business and I have truly learnt things that I never knew when I was running my businesses.
I learnt about using Income and expenses log, 6ps of business etc. This has truly impacted my business skills in a better way because I have gained knowledge on how to run a formal business and not run my business at a loss. The journey of entrepreneurship is not easy and it is courses like these that are vital that as an entrepreneur you do not lack knowledge in business. I am grateful for the opportunity given to us by MBS. Thank you.
Ghana. Israel Kwai Ahalie: The MBS Course has impacted my life in several ways including the following: The first and foremost is time management. Before enrolling on the course, I was not using my time wisely. I was not used to listing my daily tasks and setting priorities. Now, I have been able to list at least seven tasks I want to perform in the day and arrange them in the order of their importance.
The second is financial management. Prior to the MBS Course, I was not saving much money in a month apart from the Credit Union savings deduction at source. I was also spending impulsively. Again, I did not have personal and business budgets. However, I now make commitments to do weekly and monthly savings as well create personal and business budgets. The third is keeping an income and expense log. Before signing up for the MBS Course, I was not keeping proper records of my business in terms of income and expenses. In the end, I could not tell whether I made a profit from the business or run at a loss. Now, I write down every money I spend on the business as well as what I make from the business.
Brazil. Paula Fernanda Dugonski: My journey at Interweave Solutions was amazing! When I completed the course of Master of Business in Streets, I learned essential concepts that were fundamental to the success of my business. The content was extremely valuable, as it taught me how to put my entire business plan on paper, covering the 6 P’s of the business in a comprehensive way.
In addition, I learned how to manage my finances, make records of income and expenses, and deal with the income statement. Learning how to set up a business budget was especially helpful in aligning my financial goals. Even more importantly, the Academy underscored the importance of using my business to benefit the community. Today, I feel more prepared than ever to apply my new knowledge for a greater cause and make a difference in my neighborhood. The Interweave Solutions played a key role in helping me organize my ideas, both on paper and in my mind, and I am excited to apply everything I learned to growing my business.
South Africa. Patricia Mokobane. I had no idea on how to run a successful business. I used to work hard but did not get enough profit. I ran the business at a loss. I joined the MBS now and I know how to run my business by using the 6pc’s.
To keep all records of the business. The financials of the business is to know how to register a business and get legal documents. To separate business from pleasure. To have more than 1 business. To know all the principles. Have the 3 commitments which are the business plan, home plan and community plan. Bolivia. Benita Violeta Eid Olivera: I started offering 1 extra room to take care of kittens while their owners were traveling for the holidays a couple of years ago, the following year the same people looked for me and recommended me to their friends, making me look to expand my cat hotel.
This year I started to receive more frequent guests every month, which was a blessing because there was more income but at the same time it was a stress because I was writing everything down in my little sheet and many times my additions and subtractions did not add and subtract. Thanks to the BMS the organization of my business is more efficient and accurate, I can do planning and projections without much risk to grow more.
Cameroon. Nicodemus Achuo: These courses are very effective and important for me, because they have given me a new vision of business. Up until now I’d been combining failures in my business, but since I started doing these courses, something has actually changed in the way I operate. My mentality in business and enterprise has changed.
