Brazil. Sheila Moreira: Hi, I’m Sheila and I live in Curitiba, Paraná. I’m a Psychology student and I had the opportunity to learn about and take the MBS course, which helped me get to know this tool, the world of business and quality of life.
Today I want to seek and become self-reliant, to be able to replicate through training and help other people improve their quality of life and dream of their own business. The course is great. Thank you for your wisdom and availability
Nigeria. Austin Oghosa Eghomwan. It was actually not easy adapting to the MBS business principles at the beginning, especially the lessons about daily record keeping and the need to constantly keep one’s eye on one’s competitors to improve one’s services and product delivery.
This has greatly helped me to remain relevant to my customers and keep them coming because of new innovations and consistent satisfaction. Also the budget aspect of the MBS class was a major benefit for me as I can now see my business financial status at a single glance. It has eliminated clumsiness from my financial goals; enabling me to separate my capital from my gains and consequently help me to improve my family style and reduce my indebtedness. Thanks to the Interweave community.
Brazil. I am Gui Joca Filho, pastor and president of the NGO Compartilhando Esperança, and for many years I have been working in the social area in needy communities and preaching the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
I am also a municipal employee as a school transportation monitor, and a representative of the company Serbran Refrigeração, selling water purifiers to improve people’s quality of life. The MBS course brought me many valuable teachings for my personal, family and professional life.
Brazil. Carlos Eduardo da Costa: Before starting the MBS, I was uncertain about the world of entrepreneurship. I had many ideas, but I had no vision and direction to turn them into a successful business. I decided to enroll in the course and it was a decision that changed my life. Throughout the MBS, I learned essential skills for entrepreneurship, from creating a solid business plan to effective marketing strategies.
The course provided me with a comprehensive knowledge of finance, management, leadership, and problem solving, empowering me to take informed and strategic decisions. In addition, MBS provided an incredible network of contacts. I met experienced mentors and fellow entrepreneurs, sharing experiences and learning from each other. This network became an invaluable source of support, guidance, and business opportunities. The impact of MBS on my life has been immense. My perspective on entrepreneurship has completely changed. I now have the confidence to turn my ideas into reality and face challenges with determination. I am better prepared to deal with the complexities of the business world and am motivated to achieve the entrepreneurial success I have always dreamed of. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to participate in MBS. The course has given me the tools, knowledge, and mindset necessary to walk the path of entrepreneurship with confidence and passion. I look forward to applying everything I have learned and building a thriving and impactful business.
Cameroon. Pagou Tassi Pierre Patric. When I started thinking of doing business, I really wasn’t able to plan things properly, despite all my ideas. I wanted to provide a solution without any real deployment process, which made it a little difficult to grow my business.
Thanks to the MBS training, I can now improve my income thanks to everything I’ve learned that I was missing to really get off the ground, but even more so to be really useful to my community.
Brazil. My name is Rosangela Pires Duarte, I am a graduate in Teaching, Bachelor of Science and Technology, currently a student in Pedagogy in History and I am also an artisan. I am feeling very proud for having taken the MBS course, but I can’t forget to thank Cynthya Freitas, who wisely guided us during the course.
She was the guide with the best teachings, in which I learned the best sales principles, which was relevant for my education and my future trajectory, knowing how to elaborate a business plan is very important for our self-sufficiency. Everything I learned I intend to put into practice, to fulfill my future goals. I’m grateful to be part of the MBS family.
Ecuador. I am Selene, a 52-year-old Ecuadorian woman. Before following this course, my self-esteem was affected not only by circumstances caused by the pandemic, but also because before I had already started a business, for which I got into debt with financial institutions and for not knowing how to properly manage my business in the end failed. This caused the fear of undertaking again and a debt that I continue to pay today to strengthen in me.
My desire to learn and understand how true entrepreneurship works led me to investigate new training, and that is how I came to the “MBS Entrepreneurial Woman” project. Hence, in this course I have learned that: it is important to know how to plan, and that it is not enough to do it mentally, if I want to succeed in everything that I set my mind to, I must do it by applying and putting into practice learned methodologies, only then will I be able to achieve success. Among the important points that this preparation has left me, is the fact of understanding and learning that every good plan also requires that I develop as a person, that I learn to maintain a better quality of life and that every day I strive to prove to myself that I am better in everything I do, that I learn to forgive myself for the mistakes made and that I turn those failures into new strengths to continue growing. I have also learned the importance of developing and putting into practice the 6Ps of the Business, because every good project needs and requires to be well managed to grow. I consider that an important part is the learning that I have acquired regarding the control and administration of personal and company finances, which leads me to conclude that it is important to keep the accounts clear and independent so that my business can grow in a healthy way.
Ecuador. Margarita Elizabeth Viña Buestan: My experience in the course was very inspiring. I did not know that I was failing a lot in how to run my business. I am a Fashion Designer and when I finished my degree I did not know what to do I did not want to do the traditional thing that everyone does maybe work for someone or make simple clothes I have always liked challenges my daughter inspired me to be an entrepreneur she is barely 14 years old and she has taught me a lot. I know I am worthy of receiving my certificate I did not miss any course I learned a lot and I will put it into practice.
