Ivory Coast.  Blenden Guy Blaise: In March 2019, I decided to create a small transport company called KM TRANSPORT. Frankly I was passionate about transport services; so in a blind love I launched this business. In fact, I didn’t even take the time to study the market and gather as much information as possible about the players in the transport sector (the Ministry of Transport, mechanics, drivers….). Even the mechanic who told me that these vehicles were in very good condition was a friend of the person who sold them to me.
