Nigeria. My name is Nduruo Ifunanya Cynthia. I am from Nigeria, am 25 years old and am married with a daughter. There is an adage that says you don’t know what you have till you lose it. This could have been my story if I had not had an interest in taking the course.
When Mr Okoro Ezenwa Omaka came to our estate to tell us about the course the first time we weren’t interested but when he revisited the estate again I decided to give it a try and am grateful to Heavenly Father for giving the ability to listen to the still small voice that asked me to give the course a try because taking this course has opened my eyes that I can actually be of a service to my community. My business has started seeing a profit because I now pay myself unlike before when I was robbing my business. Honestly this course has helped me become a good mother, wife, sister, friend and neighbor to my family and community at large.
Ivory Coast. I am Bilé N’dré Bérenger, a young graduate of Mines, Geology and Petroleum since 2015. Unfortunately after my internship in a mining company and then in an oil depot, I was confronted with a health concern, which required a costly surgical intervention of my spine, for a correction of the anomaly.
This allowed me to fully recover the use of my lower limbs. During my school career, precisely since the fourth grade in 2006, I started home-teaching for primary school students. At the beginning, I had only one student of CP1, who needed a very particular follow-up because of his IQ which was much lower than that of his comrades. He was our neighbor’s son. I was just starting out; at the results of their first exam, the child had the average points but was the best among the children of the neighborhood. This is how they sent their children to me so that I could follow them as well. This is where my passion started till today, and that did not prevent me from continuing my school studies. However, I lacked structure and organization, but thanks to the MBS program, I learned to better structure and organize myself. I learned to keep an account register, to do a Cash Flow Projection, especially to improve progressively by prioritizing the important areas of my life. Today I can say that thanks to this MBS program, I have set myself long and short term goals such as: having a salary and saving the company’s money without mixing it with my personal savings, investing in a productive asset and avoiding unnecessary fixed costs. So thanks to the MBS, I created a micro enterprise called “Performance Cours à Domicile” for home-teaching.
Ghana. The MBS course gave Vera Anyeley Anang additional knowledge to allow her personal life and business to prosper.
When I first heard about the MBS program, I thought I already knew how to run my business hence I was reluctant in taking the course. I soaked in a lot of ideas and skills pertaining to running a business on the street. I am glad to have learned how to save money regularly, make and advertise my business in 30 seconds and how to strategically analyze and improve my business process.
Congo. I am ALISSIA ZANGA. I’m a student. I am 23 years old and I like music. What I learned in the MBS program was how to start a business with little money, how to apply the 6Ps of business, how to become self-sufficient by starting my own business and how to save at least a coin or two per day, something I couldn’t do before.
Madagascar. My name is Fameno, I am 18 years old, still living with my parents and I like to cook. Before I would cook just for the family and for fun without any idea that I can earn so much with it, and thanks to the MBS course, I learned that I can start my business and I only need my talent for it.
First, we studied 3 types of plans and it helped me a lot. Learning about saving also helped; we were always told to do it and it really changed me because I can start my small business with my small savings ne able to manage all of them well! Secondly, I applied everything so now I am already independent with my business because I don’t even need to ask my parents for funds. Above all, I can confirm that I have evolved since I took the course! Before I had my friends and family as my customers, now even people I don’t know buy my food thanks to my facebook page and thanks to the promotion I do all the time too. All this means that I have been very successful thanks to this course.
Ghana. My name is Regina and I am married with one kid. I love my family so much and love sewing as well. My goal has always been to my own fashion shop to sew clothes and to show others the skill I have.
I was scared to start but I was encouraged by my husband and after I got to know about the MBS course and took part in it, it has really helped me learn how to manage my business so I don’t run at loss. I have also learned to keep a record of my expenses and income. I really enjoyed the MBS course and my success ambassador was very friendly and supportive.

Following this course, I have acquired an in-depth knowledge of all that I need to succeed and become self-reliant. Gathering information hasn’t been so difficult since this course has taught me to make good use of the resources around me and technology. Thank you very much Team Interweave for this great opportunity.
South Africa. My name is Nigel Chirinda and I live in Johannesburg, South Africa. I recently started a detergent manufacturing and selling business. It has been very challenging because of the coronavirus pandemic conditions which has not been favorable to businesses, especially startups. Regardless of these challenges, I pushed myself to start my detergent business.
I have learned a lot of things about running a business in these past few months. The Master of Business in the street course came at a perfect time for me. What I like most about it is that it is very balanced and most importantly very practical. As I went through the course I was able to apply what I learned in my business and see positive results. Through MBS I am now able to keep my records in order and up to date more than before, my sales are improving and I know more about my competitors. All this has helped to boost my confidence as I go forward growing my business like a real Master of Business in the Streets! I highly recommend the MBS course to anyone running or planning to start a business in future, it will give you all the heads up you need to succeed.
Madagascar. I am Hina Vatosoa Kanton’ny Aina. My priority in life is to create my own business from my painting talent, which is very close to my heart. I started painting barely a year ago and have been able to exhibit my works on social media. It was very popular with people who sent me positive feedback in the comments and reactions.
I did not have all the necessary materials for this but with my ambitions and my efforts to come up with small ideas, I was able to move forward and work hard. I was then able to get a contract to teach plastic art in a French school. This allowed me to buy myself new quality materials. My biggest phobia is the fear of not being successful, but the great thing about painting is that it has helped me overcome everything. In life you have to aim far and pursue your dreams with your own means. Never be afraid to dream big and move on. ” Dreams come true ”. The MBS course gave me a sense of responsibility and taught me that you can start from a small business to begin with. In addition, I have had a lot of knowledge that can improve my way of living. One thing that particularly touched me was learning to save money. Doing social work is really close to my heart for my personal development.
South Africa. Talent Matipira found her perspective and abilities have been expanded after completing the MBS program.
As for me, the (MBS) program has been very helpful in so many ways . It actually contributed to my physical and mental well-being . I have learned how to personally develop my lifestyle through setting priorities straight. I cannot afford to take any actions without evaluating these actions against my priorities. This helps me to achieve self actualisation and secure my intended future. Business wise l have been able to pursue my most interesting passion in business. I managed to prepare a feasible business plan and identify specific actions to achieve my set targets and objectives. I was a person who was not confident in applying my mind and skills in running the business. I did not know where to start from in setting up the business even though I had an inherent passion for cleanliness. The program stretched my thinking capacity and equipped me with theoretical wisdom to start my own business. I am now a confident person who is now eager to start the project when funds permit
